Couldnt shut my brain off...

So after spending all day and night and day in a studio making music...
I go home and there I am laying in bed staring at the ceiling for hours...
maybe watch a lil tv, but that keeps me up, my brain is spinning with lyrics and music,
and the artist drama, but then I found ambi-science....

Im out in 3 minutes... deep sleep and rain is my flavour...
Im not sure now what I would do without it...
